The PID Press Information Department is the Basic department of the Govt of Pakistan, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting headed by the (PIO) Principal Information Officer. PID Govt of Pakistan has been running since 1947 with the task of establishing an convincing medium for timely release of information to the people throughout all media.

PID operate 24 hours a day from first to last proper media protrusion, monitor, and feedback. Its purpose is to advertise government policies and to make the government attentive of the implication of its policies.

At present, the PID, Government of Pakistan, Press Information Department has announced a job notice to hire Steno-typist, Computer Operator, Information Assistant, Upper Division Clerk, and Naib Qasid/Chowkidar vacant seats.

Applicants belonging to Sindh province, Balochistan,  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and Punjab are eligible for this employment opportunity.
