How to get a job in Dubai?

 

It was the second day in Dubai that I got the first interview call. The company needed an accounts manager. I was traveling on the metro when I got the call. I asked, "Where is the company office?" So I was told to send you a location map. I did not have internet in my mobile so I called my brother Aziz Ahmed whose office was in Al Barsha. He opened my e-mail in the office and took out the location map and told me that the company office is in Alcoz Industrial Area and a little far from my office so I will drop you there. I reached the Mall of Emirates station on the subway, from where my brother drove me to the company office.

After hearing about the salary in Dubai and its colors and dirhams, everyone wants to reach Dubai as soon as possible and start earning millions of rupees. 

Many people spend all their savings in this greed and are blackmailed by agents. If you have to go to Dubai for office work, never fall into the hands of Pakistani agents. Get a one-month or three-month visit visa and go to Dubai yourself to find a job. Most people say that if we don't get a job even after visiting, then what will we do? Can you tell us a solution so that we can get a work visa in Pakistan. So this is not possible for a country like Dubai. Everything the agent will tell you will be a lie and most of the agents will give a visit visa to Pakistanis and say that it is a work visa and they will take four or five lakh rupees. When that guy arrives in Dubai, he finds out that this is a visit visa and you have to look for a job now.

Just like agents in Pakistan cheat people, during my stay in Dubai, I used to get calls from agents asking you to give us 200 dirhams or 300 dirhams and we will get your job done. When you pay, they interview you in one or two companies where their own people are sitting and then you wait for your call letter which never comes. Almost all companies in Dubai do not hire you without a direct interview. If you have applied sitting in Pakistan and you have Pakistan number on your CV then they will never contact you. If a company is offering you a job at home then remember that the company is fake and sooner or later it will demand money from you and when you send money then there will be no response.

If you are looking for a job in Dubai, always go there and find a job yourself. Yes, it is important that you start applying for various jobs through internet about ten to fifteen days before your flight. You should also give Dubai number on your CV. You can get this number from a loved one or friend who is already based in Dubai or you can also get it from your agent from whom you got your visit visa. The advantage of applying in advance is that you will not have to wait long for calls to arrive in Dubai. Whenever you apply online, your application usually takes ten to twelve days to complete. Since millions of people are applying, it is not possible for the company to contact you immediately. You should start applying in advance to all the online job websites in Dubai.

Many people also want to go to Dubai and take a lot of prints of their CV and distribute it in all the offices, but this is not possible because the security guards in many companies do not allow you to go ahead and many buildings like this. There are some that you can't even get inside or use their elevator. You can also pick up a Friday newspaper there. There are also many advertisements in it. Even if you email your CV to them during Fajr prayers in the morning, your chances of getting a job increase. If you travel by metro train, there is also a free magazine every Sunday at the metro stations which has a lot of job advertisements. You can also apply for them. In addition to all your loved ones or relatives and friends who are working in any state of Dubai, you can take the e-mail address of their office and email them your CV. There are also job fairs from where many companies set up their stalls and you can also find information about vacancies from there.
