Destiny: Destiny will come when your direction is right, otherwise never. Crying of luck and destiny after wrong direction is no less than stupidity.

Correct Direction: Hard work is important, of course, but right direction is even more important.

Let him do: not do what the world wants you to do, but do what your "inside" wants you to do. You can be an excellent engineer, teacher, carpenter or motivator, but others especially parents or grandparents.
