Over the years, I have read many books, articles and interviewed successful people around the world just to find out what makes them successful. What sets them apart from others is that the energy they use to describe their success is their "habit" so I was amazed and began to inquire about their daily routine. After asking all these questions I took out the Avg of these questions and named it 7 million-dollars habits, the details of which are as follows:
Rule-1
Successful people are in the habit of writing down the "to do list" of the next day's work before going to bed or dinner so that they can prepare themselves for tomorrow.
In "to so list" we also organize our list according to the work and the most important work.
Action Step
- The most successful people give the "to do list" a number or a star, depending on the importance. The first thing to do is to put it at number 1. In this way they do all the rest of their work according to numbers or importance.
Rule-2
- The Mind, Body & Soul
- 90% of successful people are very concerned about their physical concentration and health and on a daily basis they must do some activity which will improve their mental health. Is.
- I was talking to Deepak Chopra. He was explaining to me why meditation is necessary. ۔
Action Step
- The most commonly used meditation methods are:
05 - 10 Minutes * - Breathing Exercises
15 - 20 Minutes * - Meditation
20 - 30 Minutes * - Eating Healthy
20 - 60 Minutes * - Exercise (The Gym, Skipping, Running, Swimming, Cycling, Yoga)
Rule-3
Goal-Setting and Visualization
One of the habits of 95% of the highly successful people I interviewed is that they write their plans, dreams and plans on a daily basis.
The first thing they do every morning is take a critical look at their activities and prepare their brains for the troubles that will come on the road to development.
Amir Kabir businessman Grant Cardon told me that I have to write down my goals 10 times a day so that I can stay focused and plan to achieve the result I need.
Action Step
Deepak Chopra told me to keep some things in mind in view of my goals.
Always plan for more than you want to achieve
Contract with your team and supporters
Make the plan measurable
Record your progress
And set time limits
Rule-4
Gratitude and Positive Self Talk
A grateful attitude and a positive attitude are the first priority of all successful people.
The best-selling author and neuroscientist Joey Dispensa told me something that shocked me. Reflecting on the exchange, he said:
"If you say that I am very strong. I am very good. I can never give up. But your emotional state is in fear. As a result, your body will oppose it. Thoughts are the language of the mind. And Feelings are the language of the body because these thoughts are not equal to the fear of emotions so these thoughts are of no use. If a person feels grateful and practices it and then says that I am strong I am. I am wonderful and no one can stop me, etc. And if it is compatible with its automatic nervous system, then this is the place from where the real power emerges. "
Gratitude and gratitude are powerful and many people are currently practicing it.
Action Step
Practice gratitude three times with your friends, with your partner or with yourself or whatever helps you to be positive.
But for gratitude, it is important that you explain to yourself why you are grateful. This method will improve the results. So if you really want to practice gratitude, say: "I am happy. And I am grateful because I have my parents with me and they support me and they encourage me so that I can fulfill my dreams no matter what happens. ” Instead of being a sentence, you will be encouraged.
Rule-5
Self Development
Most successful people tend to learn new skills and information courses, read practical books, listen to or watch podcasts, and listen to interviews.
Best-selling author and leadership coach Simon Senek said during the conversation:
"My work is never complete, we get up and awaken the hunger for learning and no one is ever an expert. Anyone who says I'm good at it and is perfect has made up his mind." Closed that he can learn everything. There is always a lot to learn. I have never considered myself an expert in any field. I am always a student of leadership. All work is imperfect and the process of acquiring knowledge is always going on.
Action Step
If you read 20 pages a day or if you listen to one hour of audio / podcast, it will be approximately equivalent to reading 36 books of new information annually.
Rule-6
Networking
The most successful people in the world say that your network determines your total value. Your status is determined by your network.
That's why they spend their time in new relationships, communicating and helping people. They are busy with social events, talking to people and being human in principle.
Action Step
Make it a habit to talk about a new relationship / old relationship during the day to increase the relationship / information through mutual communication.
Rule-7
Meetings and Accountability Sessions
The most successful person has a habit of meeting with his business partner / mentor every week or 15 days and working with them on the process of self-accountability. They are either in the same position in life as you are now and want your betterment.
Action Step
Find someone who meets you at least once a week so you can share your efforts, achievements, successes with them and tell them your goals and what you learned this week and ask them about this week.
It will tell you whether you are committed to your habits or not, it will motivate you to work hard on your habits and goals.
In addition, eating habits and sleeping habits are the keys to a successful life.
